How long does BreathEaseX take to arrive?
US orders are typically dispatched within one business day and arrive within several business days, with free shipping included on four and six bottle kits. The two-bottle kit has shipping calculated at checkout. International shipping is available with cost calculated at checkout and takes longer, and import duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Processing and delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of being placed. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
US delivery generally takes several business days from dispatch depending on destination. International delivery takes longer and varies considerably by country and customs processing.
The point international customers should know
The 60-day money-back guarantee runs from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery. If international transit takes two to three weeks, that time comes out of your evaluation window rather than being added to it.
Practical implication: if you are ordering from outside the US, choose a kit size that leaves you enough usable time after arrival, and start both products the day the package reaches you.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees are set by your country, are not included in the checkout total, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot estimate these in advance as they vary by jurisdiction and change without notice.
Customs clearance can also add days or occasionally weeks to delivery time, and this is outside our control.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase and a dispatch email containing tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received a dispatch email within three business days, check your spam folder and then email support@breatheasex.co with your order number.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipping costs. Contact support immediately if you notice an error before dispatch.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before opening further and email support. Do not use any product with a broken tamper seal.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, check with neighbours and your local carrier depot first, then contact support with your order number.
Storage on arrival
Keep both products out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Manuka honey, NAC and vitamin D3 all degrade with light and heat exposure, and the spray is a liquid formulation more vulnerable to both than a sealed capsule. Do not leave the package in a hot vehicle.
